Control your compatible MXQ TV box from your Android phone using Wi-Fi or infrared (IR). Remote for MXQ Pro 4K 5G brings remote buttons, a Wi-Fi keyboard and touchpad together, with mouse/pointer control on supported ADB connections. Made for MXQ Pro 4K, MXQ 4K 5G and other compatible MXQ boxes. Use your phone when the original remote is missing or inconvenient, once a supported Wi-Fi connection or matching IR profile is available. REMOTE BUTTONS AND SETUP • Use direction buttons, OK, Back, Home, volume, numbers and media controls where supported. • Scan the local network for supported ADB/Kodi services, or enter the box IP address and port manually. • Try IR profiles with the model finder, test power and volume, then save your selected remote. • Edit IR signal patterns manually when you have the correct codes. • Adjust vibration feedback and keep-screen-on preferences. • Optionally save a Kodi login on your phone after a successful connection. WI-FI KEYBOARD, TOUCHPAD AND MOUSE Type searches or text from your phone into a supported field. ADB keyboard input accepts basic English letters, numbers and symbols; other characters are not supported. Kodi text input requires an open Kodi keyboard dialog and support for text input. Use the touchpad to swipe through menus, tap to select or hold to go back. Navigation gestures send directional keys. Mouse/pointer mode adds movement and clicking only when the connected ADB box supports the required mouse input commands. It is not available through Kodi or IR. These tools require a connected Wi-Fi mode. WHAT YOUR BOX NEEDS Keep the phone and box on the same local network. ADB mode requires an enabled, compatible legacy network ADB service that accepts this app's connection; secure ADB authentication and modern wireless-debugging pairing are not supported. Kodi mode requires Kodi HTTP remote control to be enabled and controls Kodi, not the whole Android system. IR mode requires a phone with an IR blaster and a matching box remote profile. An IR blaster cannot be added by installing an app. IR control does not need a Wi-Fi connection. Compatibility depends on the box firmware, enabled services, phone hardware and selected profile. A model name alone does not guarantee support, and every button or input mode may not work on every box. The app interface is currently in English.
