Mold assessment, protocol and post-remediation clearance reports, offline
Clearwright is the offline report app for licensed mold assessors and indoor air consultants. Assess the property room by room, write the remediation protocol, and sign the post-remediation clearance report on site, with every reading and sample in one place. ASSESS EVERY ROOM • Observations per area: visible growth, staining, odor, moisture source, HVAC concerns • Affected area in square feet • Temperature and humidity, with dew point and grains per pound worked out for you • Moisture readings next to a reference reading on the same material • Photos for every area, and comparison rooms that stay out of the scope SAMPLES AND CHAIN OF CUSTODY • Air, tape lift, swab, bulk and dust samples • Scan the cassette barcode; pump rate × minutes gives the air volume • Chain-of-custody form with the lab, shipping and who received the samples • Enter the lab totals and organism counts, side by side with the outdoor control PROTOCOL OR REMEDIATION PLAN • Scope, method and containment for each work area • Your own clearance criteria, written before the work starts • Moisture source, engineering controls, protective equipment and occupant notice • New York plans add the estimated cost and timeline • A warning when the remediator is your own company, where state rules forbid it POST-REMEDIATION CLEARANCE • Check each work area against the criteria in your protocol • Mark it passed or failed; a failed area needs a reason • Passed clearance report when every area passes, final status report when one does not • Samples shown against the outdoor control and against the same area before remediation SIGNED PDF DOCUMENTS • Assessment report, protocol, clearance or final status report, chain of custody • Your company name, logo, licence and signature on every document • Texas documents carry the TDLR complaint notice and the Consumer Mold Information Sheet record BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works fully offline. No account, no sign-in • Project data stays on your device. No cloud, no tracking, no ads • Export all data to one file to keep a copy or move to a new phone TRY IT, THEN UNLOCK ONCE Try Clearwright free on one project (documents marked Trial). Unlock Clearwright Pro with a single one-time purchase for unlimited projects and clean, branded documents. No subscription. Clearwright is an independent tool for people qualified to assess mold. It does not set thresholds or decide clearance: every result is the assessor's judgment against the criteria in their protocol. It is not affiliated with any regulator, laboratory or certification body.
