Remote for Daikin AC

Control a supported Daikin air conditioner from your Android phone. This Daikin AC remote brings power, temperature and other available settings onto one screen, giving you a backup when the handset isn't nearby. Your phone must have a built-in infrared (IR) blaster. Aim the phone's IR emitter at the indoor unit to send commands. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth do not replace this hardware. Everyday Daikin AC controls Available functions depend on your Daikin AC and the selected remote profile: - Switch the air conditioner on or off. - Adjust the selected temperature with the dial or plus and minus buttons. - Choose an available operating mode, such as Cool, Dry, Fan, Auto or Heat. - Change fan speed and swing settings where supported. Your remotes, saved by room Keep your tested profile in My remotes with a name you'll recognise. You can return to it from the home screen instead of working through the model list again. Your recent remote is also available from home. Choose a light or dark appearance in Settings. Find a matching remote Choose a remote profile and test it while aiming your phone at the AC. Check power, temperature and the other settings you use. If the AC does not respond correctly, use the profile arrows to try another remote. Save a match once you have checked its controls. Compatibility Not every AC model or function is supported. The app cannot automatically detect your air conditioner or confirm that it received a command. Watch the AC itself when testing. The temperature on the remote screen is your chosen setting, not a measured room temperature.
