A new glass plum timer, a new icon, real liquid glass, and ten Premium palettes including Sakura, Mango and Lavender. Session-end alerts now arrive right on time.
A Pomodoro focus timer that learns when, how and how long you focus best.
Pomma is a focus timer that learns how you work. Most timers count minutes. Pomma also asks one question when a session ends: how was your focus? One tap, and over a few days it starts to show you when, how and for how long you focus best. Before a session, you pick the one task you are working on and how you will approach it: deep, quick, easy, goal or calm. It is a small pause that makes the next stretch about one thing. When the timer ends, you tap scattered, steady or flow. After a break, Pomma asks whether you really stepped away. Each answer takes a second, and you can skip any of them or turn check-ins off in Settings. After five check-ins, the Insights screen starts to tell you what Pomma has found: the time of day you focus best, which intent ends in flow most often, whether stepping away on a break helps the next session, and whether a different session length suits you better, with one tap to switch to it. Everything is worked out on your device from your own answers. The rhythm is the classic one. You focus for 25 minutes and rest for 5, and after four sessions you take a longer break. Every length can be changed, from 5 to 90 minutes, and breaks and sessions can start on their own. The timer itself is a glass plum that slowly fills as you focus. The task list lets you estimate each task in sessions and watch its bar fill as you finish them. Your history shows today's focus time against your daily goal, your streak, a twelve-week heatmap, the last 7 and 30 days, your most productive hours and your top tasks. There are four alarm sounds and an optional tick, light and dark mode with real liquid glass, and three colour palettes included: Plum, Cherry and Olive. Your sessions, check-ins, tasks and insights are stored on your device. Pomma has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. The whole timer, every check-in and every insight is free. Premium is an optional one-time purchase that adds ten more colour palettes: Sakura, Mango, Lavender, Peach, Sea Glass, Fig, Juniper, Blueberry, Grape and Ink. It is not a subscription.
