Welcome to Colour Wise: ten gentle colour games for toddlers and young children, with Pip the chameleon.
Ten gentle colour games for toddlers, with Pip the chameleon asking out loud.
Colour Wise teaches colours through ten gentle mini-games made for toddlers and young children. Pip the chameleon asks every question out loud, so children can play before they can read. When a child taps the wrong thing it wobbles, Pip names its colour, and after two tries the right one gives a little glow. Games never end because of a mistake. Four games are included: Tap the Colour, where your child finds the jelly blob Pip asks for, with timed Easy, Medium and Hard levels for older children. Balloon Pop, where balloons float up the sky and your child pops the ones in the right colour. Sort It, where a yellow banana or a green frog is dragged into the basket of its colour. Hungry Pip, where Pip eats the bug of the colour he asks for and turns that colour himself. Six more games can be unlocked with a single one-time purchase from the grown-ups area: Match It is a memory game that grows from two pairs to six. Mix It shows what two paints make together. Pattern Train asks which carriage comes next. Find Pip is hide and seek among coloured bushes. Paint It is free colouring of a fish, a flower, a house, a butterfly, a car and a rocket. Rainbow Music is a xylophone where every colour plays a note. Every answer earns a star. Five stars finish a round with confetti and a new sticker, and there are forty stickers to collect in the sticker book. The games begin with three choices and six colours and build up to nine colours as your child gets the hang of it. Settings and the purchase sit behind a question for grown-ups. Sound effects and spoken words can each be switched off.
