Flick to swing, hit home runs and run the bases in a one-thumb baseball game.
Thumb Slugger is a one-thumb baseball game. Flick up to swing at the pitch, hit home runs, then flick toward the bases to run. Each baseball game is three innings, and you win by scoring more runs than that team's target. HOW IT PLAYS Hold the phone upright. The computer pitches and you bat. Swipe up through the ball as it reaches the ring: timing decides whether you make contact, and the angle and speed of your swipe decide where the ball goes and how far. Let a pitch go by and you might draw a walk. Foul balls count as strikes until you have two. Once the ball is in play, flick toward a base to push the runners on that path, and swipe again to run faster. Tap a runner to send them back. With two runners on, use two fingers, one for each. Close plays come down to your runner against the throw. Score past the target early and you keep batting for bonus runs. Pass it in the 3rd and the game ends on a walk-off. Tie it and you play a bonus inning. LEAGUES Play through three leagues of eight teams: Sandlot, Rising Stars and the Big Show. Win each league's final to open the next one. The pitchers get tougher as you climb, from straight fastballs to changeups, curves and sliders. Each league has its own ballpark: Sandlot Park, Riverside Ballpark and Big Show Stadium. COINS AND THE SHOP Earn coins for wins, bonus runs, home runs and walk-offs. Spend them in the shop on bats, swing trails, and uniform and ball colors.
