• Chapter 1: every shift brings one gentle incident, so the early days are never dull. • Fairer third star: a fault's dark time stops counting once a crew is on the way. • A repaired district's load now comes back gradually over about 10 seconds. • The last running unit no longer trips on over-supply. • Privacy: no analytics event is sent before your consent choice is applied.
Power grid manager: keep the city lit through storms, heatwaves and peak hours.
The evening peak is here. Every window in the city is switching on, the needle is sliding into the red and a storm is rolling in from the harbour. You run the city's power control room. Keep the lights on. Grid Keeper is a real-time power grid manager. Balance supply and demand through the whole day, send repair crews when lines go down and grow two small districts into a whole city of steam, gas, water, wind, sun and batteries. BALANCE THE GRID - Watch the balance needle: supply has to match demand, from the morning rush to the evening peak. - Ramp up the Old Smoky steam plant, start a fast gas peaker, release water from the dam or set the battery park to Charge, Hold, Discharge or Auto. - Call Demand Response when every megawatt counts. - Check the forecast for the next shift and get ready for heatwaves, cold mornings, windless fog and cloudy afternoons. HANDLE THE CHAOS 15 kinds of events keep every shift different: thunderstorms knock lines down, a plant trips at the worst moment, the whole city switches the kettle on at half time of the big match, a squirrel sits on a transformer (the squirrel is fine). Tap the spark, send a truck through the streets and watch the district light back up. When there is not enough power, choose which district goes dark for a moment. Hospital Hill always comes last. GROW A WHOLE CITY - Start with Old Harbor and Riverside, then connect Hilltop, Market Square, Tech Park, Stadium Row, Hospital Hill and Airport Flats. - 50 investments: wind farms, solar fields, a hydro dam, battery parks, stronger lines, smart substations that reroute power, more trucks, faster crews, smart meters and a dispatcher assistant that runs the routine for you. - Earn up to three stars per shift, raise the city rating and play through five chapters. Then keep the whole city lit in endless mode. - While you are away, the night crew keeps the city running and a welcome-back card shows what it earned. A LIVING CITY, DAY AND NIGHT Districts go dark and light back up in a wave, trucks drive the streets, wind turbines turn and the skyline glows from dusk to dawn. A step-by-step guide shows each action the first time. Choose Low, Medium or High graphics to suit your phone, and play at 1×, 2× or 3× speed. GOOD TO KNOW - Single-player. No account and no sign-in. Your city is saved on your device. - The game contains ads and optional in-app purchases: one-time upgrades, looks for your trucks, pylons, turbines, skyline and control room, and budget packs. Nothing is needed to finish the game. - Ads show our other games in a banner and between shifts. Remove Ads, the Chief Engineer Edition, the Utility Pass and the Complete Grid Keeper Collection remove them. Other purchases do not remove ads. - Reward videos are always optional. With ad removal you get the same capped rewards without a video. - Budget packs are used up and are not restored on a new device. - Ten languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. If you like power grid games, energy tycoons and city management, take the control room and keep the lights on.
