Feeding & shed tracker for geckos, snakes, dragons and other exotic pets
Reptile Care is a husbandry journal and feeding tracker for reptile and amphibian keepers. Log every feeding, shed, weight check and terrarium reading for your geckos, snakes, bearded dragons, tortoises, turtles and frogs, and always see who is due to eat next. THE FEEDING QUEUE The Feeding tab sorts your collection overdue first, then due soon, then upcoming. Tap Mark fed and the entry is saved. The next due date comes from the species and its life stage, so a juvenile bearded dragon and an adult ball python are not put on the same flat weekly clock. Reminders arrive when a feeding, shed check or enclosure check is due; answer them with Fed, Refused or Snooze. SEVEN LOG TYPES • Feeding (prey type, quantity, refused), shed, weight, environment (temperature and humidity), supplement, note and photo • Weight and growth charts for each pet • Full history: see exactly when the last shed or refusal happened • Repeated refusals together with weight loss are flagged with a prompt to see an exotic vet A 29-SPECIES CARE GUIDE The Guide tab covers 29 species, including leopard and crested geckos, ball python, corn snake, hognose, bearded dragon, blue-tongue skink, veiled chameleon, Russian and sulcata tortoises, red-eared slider and White's tree frog. Each sheet lists basking and cool-side temperatures, humidity, UVB, substrate, diet and common husbandry mistakes. General guidance from published sources, not veterinary-reviewed. READINGS, DRIFT AND EQUIPMENT • Temperature and humidity readings are compared with the guide's reference range and labelled in range, marginal or out of range; a run of low or high readings is flagged as drift. A reference range is a starting point, not a promise that conditions are right for your reptile. • UVB lamp tracker with a replacement reminder before output fades • Brumation record that pauses feeding reminders and schedules a weekly weight check (it never tells you when or how to brumate) • Prey-size suggestion shown with the rule behind it, and supplement logging with common dusting schedules; confirm sizes, amounts and supplements with your vet FOR THE WHOLE COLLECTION • Collection summary of who needs attention, a feeder order list for the coming days and a weekly keeper digest • Vet visit summary: feeding, weight and shed history plus the latest environment reading, ready to share with an exotics vet OPTIONAL AI HELPERS AI features run only after you consent. The species, life stage and a short summary of recent logs go through our server to an AI provider; no photo or pet name is sent. • AI care plan tuned to species and life stage • Reading explainer for an out-of-range temperature or humidity entry • Ask about this species: answers grounded in the guide sheet; health and symptom questions are refused and pointed to a vet AI answers can be wrong. FREE AND PRO Free: up to 2 animals, the full guide, life-stage-based schedules and reminders, all seven log types, charts and history, 2 AI care plans (plus one per optional rewarded ad), and limited reading explanations and species questions. The free version shows ads. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, priced in the app before you buy: unlimited animals, unlimited AI care plans and reading explanations, more species questions per day, and no third-party ads. Cancel anytime in Google Play. START AS A GUEST No sign-up needed. Create an account later to keep your collection when you change phones. Photos stay on your device. NOT VETERINARY ADVICE Reptile Care is a husbandry record, not veterinary advice. It does not diagnose, treat or dose, and no number in the app guarantees that a temperature, humidity level, UVB setup, prey size or supplement schedule is safe for your reptile. For any sign of illness or injury, or before changing supplements or medication, ask a qualified reptile vet. A one-tap link helps you find an exotic vet.
