Voice Recorder & Audio Notes is a simple audio recorder for meetings, lectures, interviews and everyday ideas. Start recording, pause when you need to, and save your audio on your device. RECORD WITH CLEAR CONTROLS See the recording timer and live microphone level. Pause and resume a recording, or add a timestamp marker to return to an important moment. Recording continues when you switch apps or lock the screen, with pause and save controls in the ongoing notification. KEEP YOUR RECORDINGS ORGANIZED Give recordings a useful name, add written notes, and search by recording name or the words in your notes. Recordings are listed with their date and duration. LISTEN AND FIND THE RIGHT MOMENT Play your saved audio, move along the timeline, jump back or forward 10 seconds, or choose a playback speed from 0.75x to 2x. Tap a marker to move to its timestamp. Playback pauses when you leave the app. CHOOSE YOUR AUDIO QUALITY Use Speech quality at 16 kHz for voice notes, or High quality at 44.1 kHz when you want a higher sample rate. Both save mono, 16-bit WAV files. WAV files can be larger than compressed audio formats. EXPORT AND SHARE WHEN YOU CHOOSE Save a WAV copy to a location using Android's file picker, or choose an app from Android's share menu. Keep a separate copy of important recordings before uninstalling the app. FREE, OFFLINE AND AD-FREE This sound recorder has no ads, subscription, account or analytics. C.I Dev does not collect or upload your audio, notes or markers. Recording works without an internet connection. Microphone permission is required to record. Notification permission enables recording controls outside the app. If recording is interrupted, the app attempts to recover audio already written to storage when you reopen it. Recovery cannot guarantee every last moment of audio. This app records microphone audio. It does not record phone calls or provide transcription or MP3 export. Obtain permission before recording other people where required. Device settings, available storage and Android's microphone restrictions can affect recording.
