Guitar chord chart: 252 chords, scales, modes and arpeggios on the fretboard
A guitar chord finder, chord chart and scale library that fits in your pocket. Put your fingers on the fretboard and the app names the chord. Pick a key and it plays you a progression to practise along with. Pick a root and a chord type and see exactly where your fingers go, then tap Strum to hear it. Made for beginners learning their first open chords and for players who want barre shapes, modes and arpeggios all over the neck. CHORD FINDER: NAME ANY SHAPE - Tap the frets you are holding on each string, mute or open any string, and slide up the neck to fret 15 - The chord name updates as you go, with the other ways to read it, inversions like C/E and Am/C, and the notes it holds - Each string shows its role in the chord: root, third, fifth, seventh - Strum the whole grip or pluck one string, then open the chord in the library to see its other shapes CHORD PROGRESSIONS - Pick any key, major or minor, and see its seven chords with their numerals (I ii iii IV V vi vii) - Start from a classic: I-V-vi-IV, I-vi-IV-V, ii-V-I, 12-bar blues, Canon, Andalusian and more - Or build your own by tapping chords in the key - Play it on a loop from 40 to 200 BPM. The current chord is highlighted with its diagram and the next one is shown, so you can practise your chord changes in time 252 GUITAR CHORDS - Every root from C to B, in 21 chord types: major, minor, 7, m7, maj7, sus2, sus4, dim, aug, 9, 6, m6, add9, 7sus4, m7b5, dim7, maj9, m9, 13, 7b9 and 7#9 - A clean chord diagram for each shape, with the fingering, the fret position and the notes in the chord - Strum any guitar chord to hear it before you play it - Open chords first, then barre chords and shapes higher up the neck CHORD SEARCH Type a chord the way a song chart writes it, like Am7 or Dsus4, and search takes you straight to it.
