Apartop Cleaning & Keys is the free app for people who clean, hand over keys or work at the front desk of holiday apartments. Use it on your own even if your owners don't use Apartop, or get your work automatically when they do. • Cleaning: your cleanings for the coming days, with check-out time, next arrival and the address on the map. Tick off tasks and add handover or damage photos. • Key handover: who you need to give the keys to, when, and how many people are coming. • Reception: a front-desk mode for buildings and complexes, with every arrival and departure of the day and key control. • Notifications: alerts on your phone, by Telegram or email when a cleaning is assigned, changed or cancelled and when guests have left. • Payments: what you have been paid and what is still pending. You never see the owner's amounts. • My clients: add your owners and their apartments (up to 30 for free), paste the Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo calendar so every check-out creates its cleaning, track what each one owes you and send them the monthly summary by email or WhatsApp. • Chat with the owner, with photos, without WhatsApp groups. Start on your own or accept an invitation from an owner or manager who uses Apartop.
