Apartop is the app for owners and managers of holiday rental apartments. • Bookings: a calendar of all your apartments synced with Airbnb, Booking and VRBO, with alerts for double bookings, minimum stay and gaps between guests. • Direct bookings: your own booking page with no commission, seasonal prices, payment by bank transfer or Bizum and a button for your website. • Online check-in: guests scan their ID card or passport with the camera and sign on their phone; Apartop prepares the traveller registration for SES.Hospedajes and, with Pro, sends it automatically. • Nuki and TTLock smart locks: a different code for each booking, valid only during the stay. • Automatic cleanings: created after every check-out, with the time of the next arrival; your cleaners see them in the free Apartop Team app and you keep a record of payments. • Notifications: alerts on your phone for new or cancelled bookings, completed check-ins, finished cleanings and guest requests. • Team: invite co-owners, managers, cleaners or key handlers and decide what each one sees in each apartment. • Expenses: invoices, inventory and renovations for each apartment, with photos. • Stay guide: every guest gets a guide with directions, wifi, house rules and apartment tutorials, also as audio. • Holders: set who each apartment belongs to for documents and exports.
