Convert units, kitchen measures and world currencies with a calculator keypad
Unit Converter Pro puts unit conversion and currency exchange in one app: 237 units in 21 categories and 154 currencies, including Japanese units such as tsubo and tatami and kitchen measures from cups to grams. Type a sum on the keypad and see it converted right away. KEY FEATURES ■ 237 units in 21 categories Length, weight, temperature, volume, cooking, area, speed, time, data, data rate, pressure, energy, power, angle, fuel economy, force, torque, frequency, density, acceleration and flow. Type in either field and the other updates instantly, with every unit of the category listed below. The formula, such as "1 ft = 30.48 cm", is shown too. Fuel economy handles the inverse relation between L/100 km, km/L and mpg, and definitions use exact values such as 1 inch = 0.0254 m. ■ Japanese and Asian units Tsubo, tatami (five regional sizes), shaku, sho, go, monme and more, plus Korean pyeong and Chinese market units. ■ Calculate while you convert The keypad has + − × ÷, brackets, ± and backspace: type "12×3" inches or "1980+500" yen and convert the result. ■ 154 currencies Type an amount into any currency in your list and the others convert together. Reference rates from central banks are always shown with their date. Rates below 1 are flipped, for example "1 USD = 158.25 JPY". Offline, the last rates are used, and a bundled set works right after install. ■ Two-currency travel view Switch to "2 currencies" to show just the local currency and your own in two large cards, with a swap button and a quick price table: what 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 euros are in your money. When your mobile network tells which country you are in, one tap switches to its currency. No location permission is used. ■ Home screen widgets The exchange rate widget shows a rate with its date. The travel converter widget shows the quick price table, with ⇄ to flip the direction. Tap the currency pair to pick other currencies. ■ Rate history charts See how a rate has moved, with the high, the low and the inverse rate. The last 7 days are free; 1 month to 10 years are Premium. ■ Cooking measures Teaspoons, tablespoons and cups to grams and back for 28 ingredients such as flour, sugar, butter and milk. Japanese, US and metric cups are supported. ■ Handy tools Conversion tables, size charts (shoes, clothes, rings, paper), screen sizes and number bases. ■ Number format your way Decimal places, significant digits, scientific notation and digit grouping. Show inches as fractions like "3 5/16" or heights as "5 ft 9 in". ■ Favorites, history and search Save the pairs you use most, keep the latest 100 conversions and search units, currencies and tools in one place. ■ Clean design Light, dark or system theme and 40 languages. Choose which categories to show, export your data to a JSON file and keep up to 7 daily automatic backups. Your data stays on your device and in Android's backup to your Google account. The internet is used only for things like downloading exchange rates.
