Ups and Downs: Peaks Solitaire

Three peaks of cards stand between you and the sunset. Tap a free card that is one rank higher or lower than the pile card and it jumps onto the pile. Chain card after card, up and down, king to ace and back, until the peaks are gone. SEE THE WHOLE STOCK In most peaks solitaire games you draw blind and hope. Here the stock lies face up at the bottom of the screen, every card and how many are left. When a run ends, pick exactly the card you need to start the next one. No luck, no guessing: it is pure planning. BEAT THE PAR Every card you take from the stock counts, and each one can be used only once. Every deal has a par worked out by an exact solver, the true fewest cards you need. Match it for three stars. Take your 5 now, or save it for the run that clears a whole peak? SUN CARDS AND PADLOCKS The sun card is wild: any card can go on it, so choose the moment well. In Expert, padlocked cards only open once a card of their suit has reached the pile. THREE WAYS TO PLAY Relax: short lessons first, then calm deals with a generous stock. Hard: fewer spare cards and a sun card. Expert: padlocks, long runs and a tight stock. 600 deals, every one checked by the solver. HELP WHEN YOU WANT IT Undo your last move (three free per level), ask for a hint that shows the solver's next move, or take three sun cards when you are stuck. The game tells you right away when a deal can no longer be won, so you never draw in vain. PLAY AT YOUR PACE No timer, no energy, no daily limits. Play fully offline.
