Quotes and affirmations on your home screen, every day. No ads, no subscription.
Daily Spark puts one line on your home screen and changes it on a schedule: once a day, or every 12, 6, 3 hours, or every hour. It keeps updating with the app closed, and it never shows the same line twice until the whole pack has been shown. FREE, FOREVER • 237 quotes in English, each word for word from a public-domain edition published by 1930, with its author and book named under it • 104 affirmations: short first-person lines written for Daily Spark, for days when you need a word for yourself • Four looks and all three text sizes • Every schedule, the resizable widget, and a Next line button in the app when you want the next one now • Works offline. No account, no ads, no analytics, no internet permission; purchases go through Google Play PRO, ONE PAYMENT • Three more quote packs: Poets (119 lines, from Shakespeare and Blake to Dickinson and Yeats), Wisdom (70 lines from Marcus Aurelius, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Pascal and the moralists) and Scripture (196 lines of comfort and wisdom, with chapter and verse from the public-domain World English Bible) • Eight affirmation packs, 886 lines in all: Calm, Confidence, Self-worth, Work, Rest and sleep, Healthy habits, Gratitude and Relationships • Any pack added in future updates. Packs never mix: the widget draws from the one you pick • Four more looks, including one that follows the time of day • Starred lines, and your own lines on the widget; save your lines and stars to a file and load them back No subscription, no renewals, nothing to cancel. Pay once and it is yours. WHY IT KEEPS UPDATING Quote widgets are known for stalling when the phone saves battery. Daily Spark books its next line with the system's own alarm, the kind Android still delivers in deep sleep, and re-arms it after every change and restart. A background check runs alongside it as a second path, and the widget catches up after a reboot. A screen in the app shows when the widget last ran and, for phones that stop background work (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and others), which switches to flip. CALM BY DESIGN One line at a time, nothing that nags: no notifications, no streaks, no pop-ups. The app and every line are in English.
