Screen Time Access reads how long you use each app. We never read what you do inside apps. Used only to calculate your Fire Battery. Notification Listener counts how many notifications arrive. We never read notification content, titles, or sender names. Count only. Both permissions are explained in detail before you grant them. You can use Ember with either or both turned off.
