I downloaded for trial, every action is asking to select the package. Seriously I thought to buy this app but now changed my mind. I don't wanna try any exam in this app

First Issue: Can't open any ETE file. So dum dum. Second Issue: Continues crediting of $40 when subsription is already been canceled. I used to love this Application for exam simulation but the service is really changing my mind.
