App not working for me, took forever to setup and it's not allowing control of anything.
Suspicious
I already install this apps. I pay this app but control and files not appear at screen. Why. If my son lock his phone, auto not connection. Can you help me on this matter. Already email but nothing reply from ur side.

Thanks! The screen mirroring does not stay on due to an Android security limitation built in the operating system. Our app alone cannot resolve this for you, the device needs to allow higher level of permisson which needs a technical intervention.
