The app never works it doesn't matter if I use android or apple. I try reinstalling and updating but continue to have issues. Terrible app, would not recommend.
it works great... the only thing having trouble with it is the camera sharing
Very poor app. Constantly loosing connection in both the app and baby monitor. would not recommend this product.

Could you please try updating to the latest version, we have improved the app performance.
updated app yesterday. only 1 out of 10 try opens the app. keeps saying errror connecting to server.check internet connection
Buggiest app ever and now they keep getting to sell subscriptions. Normally only the second half of a saved video clip will play. Right now none of the video clip plays. just a white screen. The clips also skip big blocks of time. My toddler got out of his crib and nothing was recorded for this 'movement'. Then there's the loading lags and constantly getting logged out. VTech makes good toys but horrible tech.

Dear customer, could you please try resetting the camera and see if it fixes the issue.
Great app but doesn't work anymore. The past week or so, the app won't load at all making it completely useless.
