it sucks because you can't transfer money to other cards. motels wont except this card. i cant get things offine . just really limited on things i can do with this card

I had trouble logging in. I have no idea what's meant by a User ID.
This feature is so very helpful, very easy to use. Let's me see all my transactions in my deposits. Very quick response when making a purchase. Thank 😊

Very easy to navigate
I done everything they told and won't activate my card or give access to money I made several complaints still no help. no I'm about to be homeless cause I can't pay my rent I been living with no electricity for a month cause I can't pat. direct express doesn't care. cause I been so upset over this I been in the hospital twice from a stroke and they still don't care
it's working for now
it keeps telling me my card number is wrong and my social security number is wrong why I'm I having trouble with this I received a new card I'm just wondering how my information all of a sudden is wrong you sent me the card but now it not in your files what can we do to fix this problem I understand your transfering accounts to s different bank but mean while my account is not in your system
