First release of Flex Factory App
Fitness app
Flex Factory brings your training, nutrition habits and progress together in one place. Work with Alex Fearnley on a plan that fits your goals, experience, equipment and schedule. With your coaching plan, you can: • Follow assigned workouts and record your training progress. • Build practical nutrition and recovery habits. • Complete private intake and scheduled check-ins. • Message your coach, with the review and response schedule included in your selected service. Online fitness coaching is available through Foundation, Coaching or Elite. One-to-one private jiu-jitsu sessions are a separate service, arranged directly with Alex. Access requires an active Flex Factory client account. Downloading the app does not purchase a coaching plan or book a session. TRAIN. FUEL. PERFORM. BELONG.
