FAA private pilot written practice: 900+ English questions and timed mocks.
Private Pilot Test Prep: FAA helps you practice for the US FAA Private Pilot Airplane knowledge test with 900+ original questions, explanations and timed practice. The interface, questions and explanations are in English. Study text and calculation topics alongside your instructor and the official material.
BUILD KNOWLEDGE BY TOPIC
Work through nine decks covering the private-pilot knowledge areas. Choose a subject you want to strengthen, answer a question and review why the answer fits. Explanations identify the underlying handbook, regulation or reference so you can return to the material instead of relying only on a memorized answer.
USE PRACTICE TO FIND THE NEXT THING TO STUDY
Review missed questions and keep useful cards starred for another session. Spaced review brings material back over time. Topic results describe your performance on the questions you answered, giving you a practical way to choose the next study session. They do not measure flight proficiency or establish that you are ready to act as pilot in command.
TRY A TIMED MOCK
The practice mock uses a 60-question, 150-minute format. Review your percentage correct and the topics that need more work afterward. The app uses its own questions and four-choice presentation; it is not a copy of the FAA testing software or a source of live or retired exam items. A practice result is not an FAA result, endorsement or assurance that you will pass.
KNOW THE CONTENT BOUNDARY
This app does not include sectional-chart or performance-graph questions. Its text and calculation questions are a study subset, so continue using the official testing supplement and your instructor's assigned resources for figure-based work. Do not substitute the question bank for a complete course, required instruction or the full set of knowledge-test materials.
FOCUS ON THE US PRIVATE PILOT AIRPLANE TEST
The scope is the FAA Private Pilot Airplane knowledge test. A listing in another language does not turn the question bank into a translated exam or a qualification for another country's licensing system. The app does not teach instrument-rating material or serve as operational flight guidance. Check the current FAA requirements and your instructor's advice when planning training and testing.
KEEP SOURCES CLOSE TO THE QUESTION
Fact explanations draw on FAA handbooks, the Aeronautical Information Manual, federal regulations and advisory material. The Airman Certification Standards organize the knowledge areas, not the underlying facts. Regulations and guidance can change. Verify current information with the FAA and your instructor before relying on it outside a study session.

STUDY ON YOUR DEVICE
The question bank and your study progress support local study without an account. Opening a source link uses an external website, and purchase processing or app updates can require a network connection. An offline question bank does not make the linked publications available offline automatically.
