Loan payments & amortization. Compare extra payments, TVM and cash flows.
Loan & Financial Calculator helps you calculate loan payments, inspect an amortization schedule and compare financing scenarios. Enter your own fixed rate and assumptions, review principal and interest, and export the calculation as PDF or CSV. Guided TVM and periodic cash-flow tools support the rest of your financial calculations. The interface is in English.
LOAN PAYMENT AND AMORTIZATION CALCULATOR
Build a dated fixed-rate loan schedule from principal, annual interest rate, number of payments, payment frequency and first payment date. Review each payment, the principal repaid, interest charged and remaining balance. See the assumptions behind the result instead of relying on a payment figure alone.
Model an extra payment or balloon payment revision and inspect how the payoff schedule changes. Compare standard and revised scenarios for payment, total interest, remaining balance and payoff date. Keep both versions so the changed assumption remains visible.
Use the loan calculator for illustrative personal, equipment and mortgage-style fixed-rate calculations. Supply your own terms: the app does not retrieve lender rates, estimate approval, arrange credit or recommend a loan. A schedule is only as suitable as its assumptions; check the lender's actual terms separately.
TIME VALUE OF MONEY CALCULATOR
Solve one missing value among number of periods, annual interest rate, present value, payment and future value. Set payment and compounding frequencies and choose beginning or end timing. The guided TVM workflow supports present value, future value, annuity and compound-interest calculations without memorizing a financial calculator's key sequence.
Review input signs and periods before saving. The calculation trail retains the sign convention with your result.
NPV, IRR AND MIRR
Enter periodic cash inflows and outflows for net present value and internal rate of return calculations. Set the discount rate for NPV. For modified internal rate of return, supply explicit finance and reinvestment assumptions.
Cash-flow analysis flags multiple sign changes because a sequence can have more than one possible IRR. Warnings stay with the calculation and report. These tools calculate from your inputs; they do not select investments or predict future returns.
COMPARE AND SAVE SCENARIOS
Organize TVM, loan and periodic cash-flow work in local scenario books. Save dated revisions, reopen their exact inputs and compare two versions side by side. Inspect changes in payment, interest, payoff timing, present value, future value or cash-flow results as applicable.
Comparisons show neutral differences without labeling a decision good or bad. New revisions retain earlier versions.
PDF AND CSV REPORTS
Preview a report from a saved calculation snapshot. Retain input values, units, sign conventions, calculation details, warnings and revision identifiers with the result. Loan reports include the complete amortization schedule; cash-flow reports retain their rows.
Print, save a PDF or export CSV using device actions. Share a calculation with its assumptions or keep a repayment schedule for your own records. Local backup preserves scenario books and validates an archive before restoring it.
OFFLINE FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS
No account, bank connection or live rate feed is required. Scenario books stay on the device until you choose to export or share them. The app does not connect to lenders, move money or read financial accounts. Purchase processing is separate from your calculation records.
Choose number, date and currency display preferences. Currency symbols affect display only; there is no currency conversion or exchange-rate feed. An illustrative equipment-loan sample lets you inspect the payment, schedule, comparison and report workflow before entering personal assumptions.
Results are estimates from user-supplied inputs, not financial, investment, tax, credit or lending advice.
