I absolutely love this company and do a lot of work for them. The app is so easy to use.. it's fast and rarely ever has an issue. I also have it on my laptop and have never had a problem with it! Great app, great company!
I have money tied up in an account that I do not have access to. I have sent a help ticket to stringr about 3 weeks ago and still have not received a reply. daily I am seeing jobs come my way that I cant take on because I know I will not have access to the money. So, not only am I owed 40 dollars for a previous job, I am being inhibited from making more money on a near daily basis. UPDATE: I have tried contact customer service multiple times and have never got a reply. this must be a scam app.

This app is real great to make extra money on the side, especially if you're doing courier delivery service with your car or rideshare you can easily work it in. You can get paid anywhere from $45 to $100 from 20 to 30 seconds worth of video footage. You get paid within two business days if your footage if purchased by an entity from their cloud. You become real good they'll stay to personally contact you for the $100 + jobs like me.
Took sometime to receive payment which is why im giving it a 4. Communication on the day of my shoot was awesome constant contact ,but sketchy after that..I would recommend using this app , but have a little patience..Also payment was fair even though I didn't complete all the task required for the shoot!!

I've been paid around six times now for B-roll, MOS, and press conference video. The app UX can be buggy esp for large/long event videos. It can be unclear which videos have been uploaded, processed, or bought. I wish they'd integrate with Dropbox api so they aren't reinventing the wheel. News requests are region dependent but you can always post your own including weather clips. Support staff are good.

Previous 5* reviewer and stringer for the company. Very disappointed with my experience and overall customer service since that review. You have now lost a loyal user who delivered on all requests and deadlines
