I made an order on the app, had to make payments right after, only to be told hours later that the order never went through, and I to this date still haven't been refunded after over 3 weeks has passed.

You are on your own when you use this app. They don't have to deliver your meal and because you pay up front they just keep your money and tell you they will call you back when you ask for a refund. Totally do not recommend.
