Evoke is a battery alarm and date reminder app in one. It speaks out loud when your battery reaches the level you choose, and reminds you before birthdays, anniversaries and renewals like car insurance, PUC and passports. Battery alarm with voice alerts It works like a talking battery: pick a level and Evoke speaks your own message when the charge gets there. Set a full battery alarm at 100%, or a voice alert at 80% while charging so you can unplug early and look after battery health. A low battery alarm at 15% tells you to charge before the phone runs out. • Speak when the level rises above, falls below or equals any percentage • Only while charging, if you like • Your own words, read out by your phone's voice • Or a prompt to turn on Battery Saver Charger connected or unplugged Hear a message when the charger is connected or disconnected. The unplug message can play only when the charge is below a level you set, so you know when you head out with a low phone. Birthday and anniversary reminders Add birthdays, anniversaries and any special day. Each date can remind you several times, like 3 days before, 1 day before and on the day, at the time you pick. Set a yearly reminder or a one-time date. Renewal and expiry reminders Ready-made document expiry and renewal reminders for vehicle insurance and PUC (pollution certificate), driving licence, passport and visa, and yearly bills or plans. A passport reminder starts 8 months before the expiry date, so there is time to book an appointment. Critical Alerts for dates you can't miss Turn a birthday reminder or renewal reminder into a Critical Alert and it rings like an alarm on the full screen, then repeats at the interval and number of times you choose. Your alerts and reminders are stored only on your phone and work without an internet connection. The app shows ads and sends crash reports; the Data safety section lists what is collected. Free and Pro Evoke is free with ads. The free version has 3 battery or charger alerts, 3 date reminders and 1 Critical Alert, with an English voice. An optional ad adds more slots. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes the limits and the ads, makes every date a possible Critical Alert, and adds voices in 70 languages, including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Questions Can it stop charging at 80%? No. Android apps can't stop charging, so Evoke speaks up at 80% and you unplug. Can it remind me before my car insurance expires? Yes. Choose Vehicle Insurance / PUC, enter the date, and Evoke reminds you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before. You can change these. What language is the app in? English.
