i bought a shell 20w40 engine oil for my bike. a got a scratch card with the bottle. then downloaded the app and updated my profile but while scanning the product it fails every time. Do I get the genuine product or fake product? why shell is making such disgusting campaign to harass customers. I'll never buy any shell products anymore... I boycott it..
