helped me and my children stop having panic attacks so regularly it is AMAZE BALLS I absolutely recommend it. It also has a big ,red button for if your having a panic attack and then it will help you through it.

This one is just okay for me. I may uninstall - I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it on my phone. There are a few games. A short meditation. A few other distress tolerance activities. Nothing particularly groundbreaking or overly helpful. But it is free and there aren't any ads.

I love this app. the only issue I have with it, is if you forget a day to journal it won't let you go back to pick the day
