*** !!! SHADY, AND THE COMPANY IS BUYING POSITIVE REVIEWS !!! *** Items go missing with no satisfactory explanation, pickups are constantly late, customer support is extremely slow and frustrating. The company is obviously purchasing or botting positive reviews, feel free to look at any of the obvious bots from previous reviews speaking gibberish. If the service was any good, why would the company need to purchase 5 star reviews? Shady, stay away
Zip codes are confirmed as service available in my area when it is not, then they collect my data knowing they don't deliver to the zip code entered. Probably out of business by now....
Great app idea ... if everything worked correctly. I can't update my address, select a date for return, etc.

Used to be great. The service is still great but the app gets worse and worse. Won't connect to my Gmail so all orders have to be entered manually. Customer support was no help. Can't filter by retailer anymore. I wish they would roll back to the old version that worked great

Comeback genius stroke of luck
This app is literally a scam. Instead of actually doing anything their description states, they will first demand you to "create an account" while having provided no information whatsoever, and they then will IMMEDIATELY attempt to CHARGE you a FEE instead of actually doing anything that they've written in their description!
