The Nui Brothers app. This is for people coached by Nui Brothers. Training and nutrition sit side by side, because that is how the coaching works. Your week Open the app and today is on the front screen: the session you are doing, the food you are aiming for, your steps, and anything your coach has asked you to keep an eye on. Tick things off as you go. Training Sessions are written out exercise by exercise. Log your sets as you do them and your previous numbers stay in view. Your coach's notes on technique or tempo are on the exercise itself, not buried in a chat. Nutrition Your meal plan with real portions, or macro targets if you would rather track your own food. Search or scan what you eat and see how the day looks. Check-ins and progress Your check-in opens when it is due. Weight, photos and your answers go to your coach in one go, and everything is kept so you can compare month to month. You need a Nui Brothers login, which your coach gives you when you join.
