MedicSewa Go is the work app for nurses and lab technicians on MedicSewa. Get home-visit and sample-collection jobs near you, run each visit from your phone, and see exactly what you earn. Note: MedicSewa Go is for nurses and lab technicians whose accounts are set up by MedicSewa. If you don't have an account yet, contact MedicSewa. GET JOBS NEAR YOU • Switch on availability when you're ready to work • Receive offers for nearby home visits and sample collections as they come in • See the care type or tests, the area and your payout before you accept • Accept or decline in one tap RUN EVERY VISIT FROM YOUR PHONE • Open the patient's address in your maps app, and call them if you need to • Scan the code on the patient's MedicSewa card at the door to confirm you're with the right person • Mark each step as you go: on the way, arrived, in progress, completed • Your location is shared with MedicSewa while you're on a job, so the care team can follow the visit • Raise an emergency alert if something goes wrong during a visit PAYMENT AT THE DOOR • When a patient pays at the door, show them a payment QR for each bill • It ticks over the moment it's paid. Never take cash • If they can't pay, finish the visit as not paid and they'll be asked to pay in the app KNOW WHAT YOU EARN • See what is payable to you, and what each visit paid • Every completed job shows the fee, the platform fee and your payout • Follow where each payout stands: waiting for the patient, earned, or paid • Get a notification, and a statement, when a patient pays for a visit LOOK BACK AT YOUR WORK • Your recent visits, hours worked and payouts on the home screen • Full job history with the address, tasks, notes and a timeline of each visit STAY IN TOUCH • Message patients and the MedicSewa care team in the app • Notifications for new offers, cancelled jobs and payments IN ENGLISH AND NEPALI The whole app works in English and Nepali. LOCATION MedicSewa Go uses your phone's location to match you with nearby jobs and to share your position with the care team while a visit is in progress.
