Photos are processed on your device without uploading them for splitting, and the original image is unchanged. Each tile is a 400x400-pixel PNG. Two extra marker images identify the beginning and end of each saved set, making 11 images in total. Select only the nine tiles between those markers when sharing. Output uses a fixed square grid; the final appearance depends on the layout of the app where you post.
