Run the forest floor. Climb to the summit. No wifi needed. Msitu Run is a jungle arcade platformer: 100 levels across ten worlds, each one ending in a boss that tests what that world taught you. Free to play, and the whole game runs offline — on a bus, on a boda, in a basement, in aeroplane mode. TEN WORLDS, ONE CLIMB 1. MSITU — the forest floor. Run, jump, stomp. Boss: Nyoka Kubwa, the great snake. 2. MIZIZI — the root tangle. Vines and climbing. Boss: Kifaru. 3. MAJI — the river delta. Swimming, current, air meter. Boss: Mamba wa Mto. 4. MAPANGO — the caves. Darkness, and only your lantern. Boss: Popo Mkuu. 5. MOTO — the volcanic slopes. Timed platforms, lava, geysers. Boss: Joka la Moto. 6. UPEPO — the canopy winds. Updrafts and the glide leaf. Boss: Tai Mkuu. 7. MCHANGA — the savanna ruins. Quicksand and pushable stone. Boss: Simba wa Jiwe. 8. BARAFU — the highland ice. Slippery ground and momentum. Boss: Nyati wa Barafu. 9. USIKU — the night jungle. Fireflies are your only light. Boss: Mfalme Nyani. 10. KILELE — the summit. Everything at once. Boss: The Idol. A world never drops the mechanic before it. By the night jungle you are swimming, climbing and gliding in the dark at the same time — the difficulty comes from stacking, not from tighter jumps. PLAYS THE WAY YOU HOLD YOUR PHONE • A thumb knob that actually reads how hard you push — nudge it to edge along a ledge, push it over to sprint. The game remembers the stage, your hearts and what you picked up. • Every stage has a par time, three stars and three hidden gems to chase. • Five hearts carry across a whole stage. Run out and it starts again from the top. • Stuck? Watch one ad to skip a stage, or skip it free after five honest tries. A skipped stage earns no stars. NO WIFI, NO ACCOUNT There is no sign-in, no name, no email. Your progress lives on your phone. Every one of the hundred stages plays with the data switched off.
