You open the fridge, you have no idea what to make. That is what Frigo answers. You tick what you actually have at home. The app tells you straight away what you can cook right now — and, for everything else, exactly what you are missing. IN FRENCH The app and all 158 recipes are written in French. The interface is French too. If you don't read French, this one is not for you. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER RECIPE APPS • Recipes are ranked by the number of missing ingredients, not by a percentage. A recipe with 3 ingredients and 1 missing, and a recipe with 10 and 1 missing, are the same thing: one errand. That is the useful information. • The shopping list only suggests ingredients that genuinely unlock a dish — the ones that are the last missing item of a recipe. Every suggestion is one more meal, tonight. Not a meal "give or take 3 ingredients". • Substitutions are built in: mozzarella will do when a recipe asks for grated cheese. • So are aliases: type "patate" and the app understands "pomme de terre". 158 RECIPES WRITTEN FOR SOMEONE WHO CANNOT COOK Every step says what heat, how long, and how you can tell it's done. Every recipe lists its utensils before you start, so you don't find out halfway through that you need a whisk. And the "astuce" field carries the detail that separates the failed dish from the good one. Starters, mains, desserts, cakes. Everyday food, not fine dining. YOUR OWN PHOTOS Photograph the dish you actually made: it stays attached to its recipe, for next time. FRIGO PREMIUM The 62 French recipes, the ranking engine, the pantry and the shopping suggestions are free, and stay free. Frigo Premium opens the 96 recipes from the rest of the world — Asia, the Mediterranean, Africa, the Americas — and the pantry quantities. Monthly, yearly with seven days free, or once and for all. NO ACCOUNT, NOTHING LEAVES No sign-up, no ads, no advertising identifier. Your pantry, your favourites and your photos are stored on your phone and do not leave it. The 158 recipes ship inside the app: it works in airplane mode.
