I had, by far, the #1 most pleasant experience of my life with a CSR this morning. When I ran into an issue with my fight, she was kind, professional, efficient, and.. changed my flight FOR FREE?! Shout out to JetBlue! And, with all do respect to your company I would like to give an even bigger shout out to the *wonderful* employee of yours who helped me!!! She is an invaluable commodity to your company, and it is bc of customer service such as hers that I plan on sending more business their way

I've been trying for days to log in and I keep getting an error and no help button. please fix this

Can't book a flight

app not allowing me to book. Just sitting there after I have rendered everything for the 5th time this is so irritating. what is going on with jetblue

My mother's name was incorrect for an international flight. I went to Boston airport and asked them to correct her name The agent claims she fixed it, we arrive @JFK for our flight to ARUBA and we are denied to get on bc Boston never accurately corrected the name.customer desk Tabor was absolutely horrible, he would not help me at all, in trying to rectify the matter, I had to call customer service for assistance. Couldn't fly, Mosaic member. desk staff were all NASTY JFK DESK,

Flight from atlanta to boston. they requested bags to be checked in, rationale was lack of space. while 50% of over the head bins were completely empty. Lie or enforcement with such cheap methods to get upgrade is just disgusting.
