Bemarest is a patient application for clinics using the Bemarest Clinic Management System. It consolidates your appointments, medical file, and communication with your clinic into one application, available in both Arabic and English. Note: This application is for patients of clinics participating in the Bemarest system. You will receive your patient number and access code from your clinic when you open your file. Bemarist Appointments • Book an appointment with your doctor and choose the available day and time. • Easily change or cancel your appointment. • See available follow-up consultations, their prices, and durations. • Receive reminders before your appointment and notifications when it's confirmed or changed. • Receive a "It's your turn now" notification when your name is called in the clinic. Your Medical File • Prescriptions with the option to download them as PDFs. • Lab and X-ray results and download reports as soon as they're ready. • Visit history, diagnosis, and treatment plan. • Vital signs, current medications, care plans, and vaccinations. • Your personal documents and files. Contacting the Clinic • Chat directly with reception and your doctors and send attachments. • A notification box to save all important alerts. Invoices • View your invoices, payments, and remaining balance. Rate Your Visit • After your visit, you can rate the doctor and leave a review to help other patients. More than one clinic? • Link your accounts across different Bemarest clinics and switch between them all within the same app. Privacy and Security • App lock with fingerprint • Encrypted connection with the clinic • No ads or tracking • You can delete your account from within the app at any time. Note: Bemarest is a tool for organizing your care and communicating with your clinic. It does not provide medical diagnoses and is not a substitute for consulting a doctor.
