cancel my subscription was taking money out when I cancel.

It is really sad that they market themselves to people with busy schedules, then exploit them by auto selecting food they don't want if they don't cancel in time. No warning of upcoming deadlines, they only notify you that it's too late. Criminals.

you'll see by the second order. if youre already downloading the app then you are probably already signed up for the scam. the app is really good at letting you pick meals they might not send you and it makes sure you pay for everything pretty well

Doesn't accept Canadian Postal Code format. The platform DOES accept, but not the app. can't move forward with new account in Canada.
Very inflexible. I had to go out of town suddenly, and they REFUSED to reschedule my delivery, despite the fact it hadn't shipped yet. There are other meal delivery services, I recommend against this one.
literally missing two main ingredients out of three meals this is the final straw with this company just not worth it.

A "glitch" meant my box was apparently stated as shipped but never put together or sent, but no communication received, so left me without meals and needing to do an emergency shop. Also the app is trash, you cannot see what you are typing to an agent, as the keyboard hides the message box.
signed up a promo offer that promised a discount for the first 4 weeks. week 1 was ok but week 2 (with no premium additions or changes made) was twice the price with no explanation. delivery was frustrating as it said I need to be there as I had selected the "no ice option" I checked everything again and no such option exists. when it came the food looked fine, but once made it was very small portions. it was supposed to be sized for 3 but was more like 2 small meals. feels scammy. cancelled

We're sorry to hear you're looking to leave! You can cancel or pause your subscription directly in the app by going to Account Settings > Plan Settings, scrolling to the bottom, and selecting Cancel Subscription. If you need help with this process, please DM us and we'd be happy to assist.
They took my money without providing a single service. I never even started or used the service at all. There is absolutely no reason I should have been charged for something I never received.
