This app never allows you to submit your hours, its a constant fight for hundreds of users where i work to get them to submit.

resets and just logs you out . sometimes I hit clock in and it's so close to the phone back button just doesn't log in. if you forget to clock in then the whole week you have to add your owne hours cause it doesn't clock it right if they ha e to input it. it has good and bad things about it
the worst app for doing time. sometimes my time never sends, it seems to prefer apple phones, from what my coworkers say

you spend way too much time fighting with the app to upload your hours to their servers. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times just to get my hours to submit! Also I have dealt with their help line several times and the issues don't stop so they are not very effective

after the recent update, I have not been able to get the app to open.
garbage app. never updates hrs sent to my boss.
this app sucks. it takes maybe a couple days to upsides my hours. sometimes it does not upload at all. I wish it company would go a different route. I would never use this app if it weren't for my current employer.

it sux, even when you clock out it will calculate overnight when you clock in the next day

Hi Shelly. The time clock is designed to continue tracking hours until you manually clock out. You can stop the timer by tapping the Clock Out button. If you forgot to clock out, you can also edit your timeline events to reflect the correct time. If you need additional assistance, please contact our support team at +18552317878.
to many problems to list but im required to have it on my phone for work. seems like the app works fine for iPhone users but for android or Samsung its just nothing but a headache.
