The app crashes and doesn't open everytime I clicked on notifications like payment in/out notifications.

Excellent app easy to use 👍Unfortunately I now cannot log into the app after numerous phone calls and going through different things still not working this has been like this for months.I was told now there will be an update for android this month but time will tell totally dissapointed with this app and the helpline.Thank you for your reply I received an update for the app today thinking that would resolve the issue but still no result tired of phoning and getting nowhere

Very poorly designed, hard to navigate. toddlers could come up with a better app design than this. probably better to just stick with telephone banking .

Being an elderly person I find it very easy to access and work. The more I use the App the easier I'm finding it. I put off so long downloading it and now wish I'd gotten on to online banking sooner. I'm 78 so it's a great boon in not having to worry about our account!

I asked you when we're you going to provide Dark Mode which was one year ago, you still haven't done it. Even though the code is already written and implemented in Lloyd's app, This option would only take Very little of your time. Very little regard for the people who have sight impairment. Not good enogh , Very disrespectful
