I want to mention a bug where the viewer is inducing a pink tint on the objects. This is happening heavily clubbed with the flickering tones during the night shots.

Camera broken, like many. For many months. Pretty awful/negligent. Would never recommend this app even if they fix it because it's been more than half a year, and any future issues are bound not to have any faster response. Coming back to this literally 6 years later. The app has never worked. Always crashing, never scanning qr, etc. full factory resets and new pixels and it's not once worked. Its pretty impressive how 6 years of a non working product is even possible.

I recently bought the Google Pixel 10a, and I’m disappointed with the front camera. The selfie camera shows noticeable flickering and noise, along with an unusual purple hue in the preview. This makes the camera experience frustrating, especially for a phone that should deliver good camera quality. I hope Google addresses this issue through a software update or provides a proper solution.

my new pixel pro 11 camera is defective. Everytime I record a video the audio is distorted with popping, crackling sounds. I been in correspondence with Google support since September 13th 2026. Google keeps giving me trouble shooting options that don't work. I submitted my bugreport and still they offer trouble shooting that doesn't work. I ask for a refund and then won't give it to me. Google offered a refurbished replacement for my new defective phone. I just want this fixed.
Edit to reply - Already up to date. Even uninstalled all updates and re updated. Cant even take a normal flash photo in a dark environment. Despite turning off auto, and selecting "On" for the flash, it still insists on doing a hybrid night shot of 2 or 3 seconds. To be honest, the whole phone is terrible, the camera as a whole is very average, but the fact you can't do basic features is unfathomable. and I'm comparing to my previous phone, a several year old Huawei Mate 20 Pro.

This app is perfect and also it comes with our Pixel devices. But my main concern is that why is there no pro mode in this app. It is really essential feature especially when your phone has such good camera like our Pixel phones have really impressive cameras
