CompareOpen in Google PlayContent is good, but the app is just crazy buggy. I kept re-subscribing throughout the years hoping that they fixed, but the app is driving me nuts. For example, when I start scrolling the app slows down considerably after a few videos. If I get back to the top, it's fast again. Still no proper background play. No tv app. I mean really, the community built one and it works better than this.
"app doesn't support in-app verification" logged in on browser and then went back and still doesn't work. not sure what's up
I love LTT but seeing a plug in a video and for me to see the extras becoming an absolute scavenger hunt sucks. also why isn't there a tv app?? all the content itself is good, my complaints are purely for UI, 8$ a month well worth it.
The content that Dankpods is putting out is fantastic, but Floatplane is a terrible app. It's so slow, glitchy, and lacking in features. I'm happy to support Dank and James but Floatplane sucks hard. 12/02/25 update added a couple of quality of life features but it's still lacking immensely. Wish List: -PiP and background play that works. -The ability to sort the posts on a channel by type, upload date, view count -The ability to sort comments by likes and date, Playlists

I can watch one video, but once it ends, the LTT channel menu scrolls like jelly and stutters, and the thumbnails are completely unresponsive when I tap. Pretty much have to restart the app at that point. Also the layout in landscape on tablet needs fixing. For now I'm gonna stick to watching in chrome.
Too many paywalls
The app is a laggy and stuttering mess on OneUI :(
Please remove the ability for hitting enter/return on a touchscreen phone to post a comment on a live stream. This is really annoying on phones and tablets where misclicks are a lot higher than on a physical keyboard. I hit return on my phone by accident a lot while the Wan show is live when I was trying to hit M.

picture in picture is and has been broken for a long time, which is how I want to be using this most of the time :/

very good content. okay app but could use some improvement. it would sometimes bug out if I do background playback (opening another app then returning to the app). also, the ability to download videos would be awesome, you can even cap to a few videos, because I like to watch during my commute and the signal is bad
