New: French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese alongside English, with a separate language choice for PDF/CSV reports. New Settings page brings together appearance, language, reminders, purchases and help. Choose Light, Dark or Follow device; your preference is saved. Customer notes, photos, signatures and report colours stay unchanged.
Offline site inspections, photo evidence, snag lists and branded PDF reports.
Keep site, property and trades inspections organised with FieldLedger. Record findings where the work happens, add clear photo evidence and create professional PDF reports from your Android phone. GET STARTED SIMPLY No app account is required. Add an optional inspector and company name, read the terms and privacy notice offline, and start your first inspection. WORK OFFLINE Create and edit inspections, findings and custom checklists without a network connection. Your records stay on your device. Save unfinished drafts and continue when you return. CAPTURE THE DETAILS Add multiple photos to a finding, mark up images, write captions and keep before-and-after evidence together. Use quick repeated camera capture or import photos from your gallery. Add company and customer details, locations, trades, priorities and due dates. KEEP WORK ORGANISED Track findings as open, in progress, ready for review or resolved. Reorder findings and update selected items together. Build reusable checklist templates and wording presets, record follow-up visits and add findings to a floor plan. Optional local notifications help you keep track of due work. SHARE CLEAR REPORTS Export branded PDF reports with your company details, photographs and inspection findings. Choose report content and photo layouts, then share, print or save the PDF. Capture a drawn acknowledgement and keep a fixed signed report copy. Export findings to CSV or share an editable project package as a separate copy. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUPS Save and restore a full manual backup, including evidence and reports. Choose where Android saves your backup file. Back up before uninstalling or clearing app data. Restoring a purchase restores app access; inspection records are restored separately from your backup. ONE FREE INSPECTION Save and continue one inspection free, including photo evidence, checklists and PDF export. A one-time lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited new inspections. There is no subscription. Google Play shows your local price before you confirm, and Restore purchases uses the Google Play account that bought the unlock. CURRENT TEST VERSION Google Drive and OneDrive connections are not available in this build. Reports and project packages transfer copies; FieldLedger does not provide live team collaboration or automatic assignment delivery. FieldLedger supports your inspection records and reporting workflow. The report records the observations you enter; it does not certify compliance or assess unchecked items.
