Literally cannot use the app. It does not manage to load anything past the logo splash screen regardless of what I do or how long I wait. I will be returning my brand new Mug 3 because of this flaw. Ember: if you want to stay in business, fix your app or sell your mugs as non-smart for a fraction of their current cost. As is, I'm hugely disappointed.
Useless app, I have to fully reset my brand new mug to connect to the app every time. I haven't even managed to update the firmware because it won't stay connected long enough. Ember is a scam company.
Bluetooth connectivity constantly fails. need to repair every time I want to look at the app to see the temp. Completely useless, and they clearly don't care to fix their poor software. Do not buy one of these if you intend to use it for more than a standard coffee mug.

lowering my review to one star because zero stars isn't an option. ember send to have no interest in responding to the reviews with issues. I definitely don't recommend their product though I loved it at first.

app won't open now
Horrendous, the app sometimes doesn't open at all and is just stuck at their logo. Then it forgets my cup and refuses to connect. If there were other manufacturers I would gladly jump, but sadly there aren't. The quality of the cup is great, app 0 stars
It's always been bad and it only gets worse. So disappointing.

Updated the app, lost the connection to my mug. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, works perfectly. Sometimes ya need to try a restart before coming to review...
Works okay for me. Things would be so much better if fewer devevopers placed "continue" buttons and such so that they cover 75% or more of where almost every single Android phone has its home button. That makes continuing a real pain in the... And so many developers just continue to make such basic mistakes like that.
