You cannot access your data after you stop paying for the higher subscription. I paid for a year while traveling for work but stop when no longer needing it. However, I need to export some of the data months later because it looked like some trips where missing . So, in order to be able to simply export data from the period that I had already paid for I needed to restart the subscription for a month.

Hi Natasha, thanks for the feedback, and sorry about the extra month. Creating new reports needs an active subscription, but reports you already made stay open to you without paying. I love how it tells me the amount of the miles and you can change the category to show different rates.
