My balance of over AED 100 got wiped out and their support team is not able to recover the amount for the past 12 months.

It was working fine but now when my balance exceeded 100 dhs they're saying I don't have an account with the email ID although I use the same email address everywhere and have been using the same since years on this app. Will not recommend it to anyone now. its been around 6 months now and they keep saying the app is updating and data is retrieving.

pathetic n fraud app. they never pay ur redemption and do not reply to ur msges as well. lately they del the account so they dnt hv to pay the redemption. bad experience. dnt waste ur tym.

scam please don't waste your time. google also needs to audit this app. my contact with this app . i have earned 65 aed . and this app cancelled my account without paying any reward.

I had account since long time did withdraw 2-3 times now suddenly i am not able to login says account doesn't exist i was about to withdraw amount. I contacted customer care and got reply to make account agin with same id and they will merge all old pending saving but till now no old saving came

They updates the app, and my balance was more than AED 300 just vanished. I have zero now. I contacted them they are telling the issue will be solved in few days, but now 2 months , I can't trust them to use the app again

I had over 75 aed in my account but it stopped working and now when I logged in it is asking me to create a new account .would give 0 starts if could

fraud app.. i had 100+ dhs in my account and after 9 months they they cancelled my bank transfer.. now it says sign up again. don't waste time in this app.. they are literally fraud..

My experience with them wasbad ,I placed order and should be delivered the next day , they didn't deliver , when I emailed them they advise that they will check and solve it ,they did nothing.

I redeemed the bank transfer more than two months nothing happen. Now my account is opening asked me to sign up again
