Hey there isn't a hidden fee, it's just an subscription to unlock paid feature that app also have a free tier with no ads, I feel that the review accuse the app of thing that aren't there, I'd hope you reconsider your review. Have a great day
If you put 'no puzzles, no subscriptions, no bloat' in the description, it is a bad move to make it actually have a subscription model. Make sure you're fine with basic functions being behind a paywall before you download. In my opinion a simple alarm should not include subsciptions at all. There is also glitchy behavior, so I can't trust it.

Hi, thanks for the review. I’m glad you like the app. There’s a generous free tier, and ads ruin the experience and makes the app feel cheap. Paid plan supports development and adds features for power users. Subscriptions aren’t for everyone, but I feel you’ll reconsider your rating as 1 star seems unfair. Can you tell me about the glitchy behavior
I like the app but I which you could set the alarm to go on certain days weekly
