AlignDays is a clear aligner tracker with a wear timer, tray calendar and progress photos. Tap when your trays come out, tap when they go back in, and AlignDays keeps your daily wear total, your tray number and the day your next tray starts. THE DAY RING • One ring fills toward your daily wear target (22 hours by default, change it to whatever your orthodontist gave you) • The time your trays have been out shows in large numbers while they are out • The ring turns amber when they have been out a while and coral when it has been a long time, with an optional nudge at each point • Time out that crosses midnight is split correctly between the two days, so a late dinner or night shift is counted against the correct days • Forgot to tap? Add or correct time out afterwards TRAY CALENDAR • Enter your tray count and how many days each tray lasts (7, 10, 14 or your own number) • Started before you installed? Enter the tray you are on and the day it went in • See every tray date and the day your last tray ends • Reminders the evening before and the morning of each change • Mark a tray changed, or add extra days to a tray when your orthodontist asks you to, and later tray dates move with it • Refinements get their own course with their own tray count ELASTICS AND RETAINER • Elastics timer with a daily target, a reminder for fresh elastics and a nudge when they have been off a while • Retainer phase after your last tray: nights only or set hours, with a bedtime reminder PROGRESS PHOTOS • Front, left side and right side, taken with your camera or chosen from your photos • Each new photo is shown against your first one, faded over it or side by side • Photos stay on your phone HISTORY AND REPORT • Average wear for the last 7 days and the whole course • Days at target in a row, and a 14 day chart • A wear calendar for every day of the course • A PDF for your orthodontist with wear by tray, change dates, days under target and your photos (the report is in English) PRIVATE AND OFFLINE • No account and no sign up • Your wear times and photos stay on your phone and are never uploaded • Ads and crash reports go through Google services, as listed in the data safety section • Back up everything to one file and restore it on a new phone Works with Invisalign, ClearCorrect, Spark, Angel Aligner and other clear aligner treatment plans.
