great learning software for starters in diode lasers

this app depends on how computer literate you are. ive done desktop publishing so cutting and cropping and pasting to fit the work area came easy for me although i think if you've bought a laser thinking its going to be easy than think again.... my only gripe is that some of the design projects have faults so you end up wasting material. but i think its a very good starter pack and i found it much easier than lightburn.

Crashes after opening on my Chromebook. Refuses to load.

So far had good experiences with their engraver. Had 5 so far and loved them all. Had a question on a recently purchased one and support got back to me very quickly.

Endless Frustration. I do nothing different and it successfully connects to the engraver about 2% of the time, and the other 98% of the time Im standing holding my phone for two hours with a half done project staring back at me.

cant open app.

lacking is the word best suited

This app is brutal to deal with. virtually every time you zoom in or out, it suddenly pulls your image/vector to some random location. If you work around not zooming, the rest of the app is quite good.

Fantastic job but locks up after the carving is completed requiring a forced stop to repeat that carving.
