poor customer service my coparent did not install the app and I waited for her to comply beyond the refund window and appclose would not allow for a refund even though I did not use the app at all. I paid for a year and got nothing out of it and no refund. do not recommend

This app sucks if I could give it 0 stars I would. And the fact you have to pay for it is ridiculous. (for no better than it is). This app is definitely not fast and responsive. Once a month, when it's time for auto pay, it becomes very slow and always has a notification that I can't see for a week.

I habe my son this week and need appclose to communicate with my ex wife, paid for the subscription but its saying I didnt but when I try to pay it it says I already have a subscription but I cant see what she said!
When making my account there was an option to not allow third parties to use or sell your information. Which i did not want them to be able to do. I then closed the app. to do some research on the apps validity, and when I returned my profile was completed. Leaving me no way of knowing which answer it selected for me. Personally, I believe that no one should be able to sell information about another party in the first place. Especially an app. designed for people in this situation.

updated monthly subscription today , paid for it and money was taken but now saying pending? Appclose app wont refresh and allow use you click on update subription again then says error your already subscribed for October 2026. I have raised a complaint . Its been 8 hrs now. Still not fixed. Really bad support with this app. Mean time have messages i cant view regarding my kids. Great App!🙄

garbage UI wasn't ever thought out - schedule constructor is a pain and counterintuitive. Basically doesn't work, if it goes through at all - can't make the week start on Monday - can't import shared calendars - that someone would pay for this is a joke, but alas, most of us don't get a choice - no customization for the home page - no customization for the calendar presentation - things like check-ins buttons should be immediately available - you can probably vibe code something better
