Roll dice offline: a fair dice app for D&D and board games. Pro adds D4-D100.
FairDice is a dice roller for your phone: roll dice in one tap for D&D, tabletop RPGs and board games, even offline. One or two D6 are free; FairDice Pro adds the D4, D8, D10, D12, D20 and D100.
A dice roller for every game at the table
• Roll dice the moment you need them: one tap, or shake to roll
• Every polyhedral die with Pro: D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20 and D100
• Pro: roll multiple dice together, up to six, and see each result plus the total
• Pro: lock the dice you want to keep, then reroll only the rest
• Pro: save the rolls you use most as named dice sets, like an attack roll or a fireball
• A roll history that tracks every dice roll and total
Whether you need a quick d20 roll for an attack, 8d6 split across two throws for a fireball, a pair of D6 for a board game, or a full set of polyhedral dice for a new TTRPG campaign, this dice app keeps up with the table, from DnD to family board games.
An RPG dice roller for D&D and tabletop RPGs
FairDice started as an RPG dice roller, and it shows: polyhedral dice, saved dice sets for your character, and big results the whole party can read. It works with any system that uses standard dice, not only D&D.
A dice roller that shows its work
FairDice explains exactly how each result is produced: the value is chosen the moment you tap, using the system random generator, without the modulo shortcut that quietly biases results toward the lower faces. The animation never decides anything; it plays after the number already exists.
It also explains something worth knowing: a short run of rolls is supposed to look uneven. Three natural 20s in a row is not proof of a broken die. With Pro, a distribution chart built from your own rolls helps the table check the dice over time.
Roll dice offline
FairDice rolls dice without internet or Wi-Fi: in airplane mode, in a basement game store, at a convention hall with no signal. There is no account to create and no network access needed to roll.
Made for the table
• Dice rolling with haptics and optional sound
• Virtual dice that never roll off the table or under the couch
• A simple dice app for board games, family games and classroom probability lessons
• Some people use it for the dice food challenge too: roll a D6 to pick what you eat next
Free and Pro
One or two D6 stay free forever, with no time limit; the free version shows a small banner ad. A one-time FairDice Pro purchase unlocks the D4, D8, D10, D12, D20 and D100, up to six dice at once, locking and rerolls, saved dice sets, the full roll history and the distribution chart, and removes the ads. It is a single purchase, not a subscription.
Common questions
Is FairDice a dice roller that works offline?
Yes. Every roll happens on your phone, with no internet connection needed.
Can I roll a D20 for D&D?
Yes. The D20 and every other polyhedral die are part of FairDice Pro; the free version rolls one or two D6.
Can I roll several dice, like 3d6 or 2d20?
Yes, up to six dice at once, with the total shown.
Is it really random?
Each roll uses the system random generator and a method that gives every face exactly the same chance. The fairness screen inside the app explains how, in plain words.
Private by default
Your rolls, sets and history stay on your device. The free version's banner ads come from Google AdMob, which never receives your rolls.
